Qualifying for the European Triathlon Championships as an age grouper was something I never thought I’d do, but almost anyting is possible if you really try.

I don’t do the endurance these days and this was my farewell to Triathlon.

Now, I prioritise strength training, take social bike rides (and yes, I treat myself to a coffee and cake) and fit in some regular HIIT for a well rounded programme to keep me fit and strong as I age.
