Because HRT can’t do all the heavy lifting

My mission is to help women who are navigating the perimenopause and beyond to discover just how strong and resilient they can be.

I hold certifications in Personal Training, Exercise Referral for Health Management and Sports Massage, with a focus on evidence‑based approaches tailored to the unique needs of women in peri‑ and post‑menopause.

I stay up to date with the latest research on female health and exercise, because too much of the fitness industry still relies on studies conducted on men.

My personal Training (1-1 and small group) programs are designed to respect our body’s changes, while challenging the outdated idea that aging means decline. Frailty is not inevitable!

Fortabella means “Strong” and “Beautiful”; a reminder that these qualities belong together.

If you grew up being told to eat less, do more cardio, and avoid weights for fear of getting bulky, this is your chance to rewrite the script.

Here at Fortabella, you’ll find likeminded women choosing strength, knowledge, and a future self they’re excited to grow into.

Contact me now to arrange in informal discussion about how I can help you achieve your goals.
